These Essays are extracted from a book written by Palden in 1994-5. It was welcomed by many publishers' editors, but it had no marketing category, so it remained unpublished. Osama bin Laden created that marketing category in 2001.

The Essays are re-published here for readers and students to use as supplementary material to Healing the Hurts of Nations.
