I have worked in many branches of the book trade, including running bookstores, printing, writing, copywriting, editing, running websites and advising publishers and authors.

In these I have a 30-year pedigree, and I am well-known as a teacher, conference speaker and contributor of new, broad-sweeping and valuable perspectives.
