Viktor Schauberger, the forester and natural scientist, posited that the law of gravity is equal and opposite to the law of levity (or anti-gravity). When asked for the proof of this, he simply said, "Trees grow upwards" - instead of creeping along the ground.
Food for thought. Trees, in the Twenty-First Century, are becoming food-providers extraordinaire. They feed the atmosphere, the soil, the water-tables, the subtle energy-fields of the earth - and humanity, their chief enemy. This photo-collage was made in praise of the tree. Photos taken at the country estate of Stourhead in Somerset, SW England (run by the National Trust), on a late-autumn day in 2006. |
